Charlene Cholly-Will Williams

Charlene was born to parents Clifton and Orelia Martin on July 29, 1949 in Beaumont, Texas. Charlene was a First Class Welder employed with Bethlehem Steel and Brown & Root/Lubrizol. She was also a foster parent for Texas Mentors for over 20 years. She enjoyed having fun with family and making them laugh.

From this her daughter (Wanda Castille)

birthed the concept of event planning.
